In October 2025, Loozool General Trading LLC and Gram Marine Pte Ltd entered into a strategic cooperation framework with Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE, one of Africa’s largest and most advanced energy facilities, headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. Through this cooperation, Loozool General Trading LLC and Gram Marine act as authorized representatives (mandates) of Dangote Refinery, facilitating trade, compliance, and the distribution of refined petroleum products across selected markets.

The partnership focuses on the supply and trading of high-quality fuels, including EN590 diesel, jet fuel, LPG, and gasoline, ensuring compliance with international standards and transparency in trading practices. Loozool General Trading LLC and Gram Marine are officially recognized as authorized representatives (mandates) of Dangote Refinery, with a role in supporting and expanding the refinery’s commercial presence and ensuring efficient and reliable distribution channels.

Dangote Refinery operates under FOB terms from Nigeria. It provides FOB and CIF deliveries upon request from Rotterdam (Netherlands), ensuring flexible and dependable access to refined petroleum products for clients across global markets.
